Installation with EasyHydro
PHNIX offers the monoblock heat pump (without circulation pump) and the EasyHydro. EasyHydro includes a small built-in buffer tank, a main circulation pump, a space heating/cooling circulation pump, a DHW pump, a safety valve, a water charge valve, an expansion tank, and an electric heater. During installation, the installer should connect the heat pump directly to the EasyHydro, while the buffer tank (for space heating/cooling) is optional. A buffer tank is required for domestic hot water. The temperature sensor should be placed in the buffer tank.
Component Integration
Apart from the heat pump unit, EasyHydro integrates all main components, including a water pump, valves, filters, constant pressure water replenishment device, and an electric control cabinet. This makes the unit, at 265 mm, the slimmest on the market.
Stepless Electric Heating
The processor technology allows stepless electric heating output, providing more precise temperature control without interrupting the stable operation of the heat pump system.
Grundfos Water Pumps
Three DC module Grundfos water pumps are used to ensure the best product quality.
Pressure Relief Valve
Also known as a safety valve, the pressure relief valve is crucial for safety. It limits pressure rise in a hydraulic line during normal operation, remaining closed with no fluid passing through. If the pressure exceeds the limit, the valve opens.
Space Heating + Water Heating
Unlike traditional heat pump systems that use a three-way valve for controlling space heating and water heating, EasyHydro uses advanced technology to manage this without a three-way valve.
Refill Valve
The automatic refill valve maintains the system pressure at the set value and prevents hot water from the heating system from flowing back into the cold water pipe, ensuring precise pressure and system stability.
